Since June 2021, Raiffeisen Landesbank has proudly held the "Audit familieundberuf" certification from the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, which recognizes companies that effectively balance the professional and the private lives of their employees.

Upon receiving the certification, we began implementing goals such as flexible working hours, home-office options, health care packages and special support for employees with small children.

Our long-term objective is to cultivate a company vision that prioritizes families at the core of our workplace policy.
